Abney Woods Sketches

September 19th, 2007

Greetings friends,
i’ve posted a couple of sketches i did very recently in Abney Woods for anyone interested in my current comic/ book i’m working on. I’ve been getting a load of ideas together while i’m drawing there, largely based on the very perculiar and solemn atmosphere. A couple of characters i’ve seen lurking around there have also been documented as well as some very elaborate and poetic headstone engravings. Keep checking back here for progress on the comic under the category ‘Abney Woods Project’ i’ve set up to the left.

Anti-Folk

September 17th, 2007

This is an Illustration i did for Plan B Magazine about the British Anti-Folk scene. I actually think ‘Anti-Folk’ is pretty crap so i decided to take the piss with it. The Art Director ended up toning down the fat guy’s face a bit for print but i still think you get the idea. You can buy Plan B Here. Its not very widely distributed but its a pretty decent mag overall.

Pygmy Lush

September 17th, 2007

Here’s a T-shirt design i did a little while back for the Virginia band, Pygmy Lush who as some of you may know, is the new band of Chris and Mike Taylor, ex-members of the legendary Pageninetynine! It was a limited, tour only edition but i think a few still remain Here or you can just check out their music Here
